Role: Development Consultant to Inca Capital/Sun American Group
Project manager responsible for managing the Conceptual Land Planning, Preliminary Platting, and Final Platting of a 288 acre master planned community. Watson Estates contained over 850 lots and required complex negations to form a water group and a large sewer consortium that funded a sewer district by forming a CFD.

Role: Development Consultant to Inca Capital/Sun American Group 
Project manager responsible for managing the Conceptual Land Planning, Preliminary Platting, and Final Platting of a 60 acre master planned community. Anderson Parc contained over 240 lots and required complex negations to form a water group and a large sewer consortium that funded a sewer district by forming a CFD.

Project manager responsible for land planning, conceptual design, entitlement, and zoning of a 140 acres residential subdivision. This 390 lot subdivision contained several difficult entitlement issues including hostile/opposing neighbors, technical off-site utility coordination, and sensitive environmental issues. This project include the drafting of a 36 page PUD book along with 10 different technical exhibits.
